The laundry Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the laundry facility and supervises, the work of the employees working in a laundry factory. The effective implementation of laundry manager responsibilities will ensure that all the linen and garments are washed and cleaned properly by ensuring adherence to set general policies and regulations. He will ensure t the customer complaints are kept to a minimum level, and that if there are any issues they are being solved promptly. While overseeing the work of his subordinates, he will ensure that all the safety and health regulations have been followed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Will accomplish department objectives by managing staff; planning, supervising and evaluating department activities.
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Ensure a safe, secure, and legal work environment.
- Develop personal growth opportunities.
- Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
- Develop, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
- Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyse and resolve quality and customer service problems, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure the washing of linen and all items received is as per set standards
- Closely supervise in and out flow of items from the factory premises
- Monitor and coordinate maintenance and upkeep of all laundry equipment and machines.
- Stay updated with what is happening within the industry in terms of usage of latest equipment and patterns in structure of business.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Ensure to maintain top level cleanliness following set policies, standards and procedures.

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or management plus
- 8 to 10 years’ experience in similar role, preferably have a Defence background.
- Proficiency with office software

The Customer Relations Manager will consistently identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with clients. Should be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Keep customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Meet with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
- Expand the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
- Understand key customer individual needs and addressing these.
- Conduct business reviews using CRM programs.
- Liaising with factory staff and on- Ground staff including staff at clients premises
- Knowing competition and strategizing accordingly.
Qualifications / Skills/Experience:
- Education background preferably in the hospitality industry with experience in House Keeping function.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Should be proficient in English and Hindi Languages.
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
- Superior product knowledge.
- A team player with leadership skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.

- The candidate should have a valid driver's license. Experience in driving within Delhi/NCR.
- Candidate should be up to the age of 40 years.
- Confident of their English and Hindi language speaking skills.
- Having minimum 10 to 15 years of work experience.
